  01 Business Development manager (USA) Post: Business Development manager (USA)

Business Development manager, corporate role spanning the diversity of KINO's products across all business groups, covering the regions in America and Euro. The job involves working with end users and ecosystem partners to bring back a good understanding of the end market requirements, opportunities and dynamics to our product groups. Also, while working with end users, position KINO and our products favorably against competition through strategic alliances and partnerships.

Job Requirements

• Education: MBA or Bachelor Degree in surface chemistry Science is preferred

• Candidate should process at least 5 years of total experience Industry and of which 3 years or more experience in Business Development and/or Marketing in the  instrument Industry is required

• High experience with two or more of the vertical markets - surface chemistry equipment is required

• High Travel requirements, typically 50% or more

• Abilityto be independent in internal and external discussions demonstrating self-driven initiatives with minimal definition and day to day direction and just high level direction is required.

  01 Sales Engineer (USA) Post: Sales Engineer (USA)

Scope of Responsibilities:

· Drive sales through multiple sales channels, leading a team of sales representatives

· Develop and manage relationships with end users, distributors and other support staff

· Increase market share within the territory, working closely with current distributors as well as exploring new distribution channels

· Provide product demonstrations and set up regional or international shows

· Research, analyse and obtain competitor profile and offerings

· Contribute and recommend new product ideas to help increase sales volume

· Train and support sales teams and distributors

Candidate Specifications:

· Around 5 years technical sales experience for industrial and construction products across the Asia region

· Knowledge of the USA market · Regional sales experience, expect traveling up to 50%

· Excellent communication and ability to work effectively with demanding people

· Proactive, highly independent and flexible
